How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Representsprotect Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Representsprotect Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

Tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Representsprotect Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@representsprotect.beer and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

You should get an email confirming we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, you get a reply explaining what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
